Just a little update on my workout journey! I cut down on eating out and definitely cut down on processed foods! I do sneak in an Oreo here or there 🙊 but I do it in moderation.
I’ve been loving to make smoothies in the morning or eating a boiled egg! It’s super easy and it’s awesome because my daughter loves a good ole boiled egg in the morning as well.
I upped my intake of fruits and vegetables to substitute fried and greasy foods. Not only do I notice a change in my skin and weight, but also the way I feel.
I definitely have a lot more energy throughout the day.
